THE SITE
The site comprises approximately 0.164 hectares of underutilised brownfield land, located to the south of Ilford High Road, within Ilford Town Centre, and currently accommodates a five-storey building used as a restaurant and banqueting hall. Occupying the western and southern parts of an island within the A118 Gyratory, the site sits within a highly accessible and inherently sustainable location. The remaining buildings on the island, including the Capstone Church, lie outside of the defined site boundary and are not included within the development proposals.
